The NISA one has sold about 20% more than the iDeCo one.
Also seems more popular in the Twitter poll so far.

I was gonna say iDeCo seems more complicated, and the rules were recently changed, so go with iDeCo. But you can’t argue with sales numbers.

The most hits to the wiki is people searching for Tsumitate NISA - definitely seems to be a dearth of English info about that. Or at least a demand for it.
