Well, I made my first invest: used NISA to buy almost 30万円 of バンガード・トータル・ワールド・ストックETF VA WORLD STOCK (VT) NYSE Arca using Rakuten Securities. I plan to put another 30万 in the NISA before the year ends, any recommendation? (I am a super beginner)

Is it bad to cancel a card?
I had a JAL Card and a Rakuten Card but now that I got an ANA Superflyers Card and decided I don't need the Rakuten Card (fuck their spam).
I read in many American forums that cancelling a card is supposed to be bad for credit score. Why? Does that apply here?

Fortunately, my country is on that list. I am aware there could be policy changes, but then I don't see the reason they would break this agreement as it doesn't really affect a lot of people. As you point out, yeah, IDECO doesn't seem to affect the pension in my home country, that's a good thing. I ...
