Re: Rakuten CC tsumitate is now 100,000 yen a month

I guess Rakuten Cash still is 1% (0.5% when charging the cash and 0.5% when buying the tsumitate), unless they have downgraded that part now. That was only a temporary 5 month campaign until the end of 2022. Since 2023 for Cash it's been 0.5% for charging only, nothing for Tsumitate. Thanks Adamu, ...

Re: Rakuten CC tsumitate is now 100,000 yen a month

I guess the 50K cash + 50K card tuple still is good for those having the normal Rakuten Card (not platinum or gold), which has 0.5% back in points. I guess Rakuten Cash still is 1% (0.5% when charging the cash and 0.5% when buying the tsumitate), unless they have downgraded that part now. I am actua...

Re: “NISA tax free limit exceeded” why?!

It seems you have a similar case to what I did have. I missed a 66,667 yen contribution in January and as I had already setup monthly contributions of 50K and 50K for both Cash and Card, I was unable to add an extra contribution using Bank. It turned up that you can temporarily reduce one of your mo...

Re: Rakuten new tsumitate nisa setup date

Or maybe don't bother? Just spend an extra month reaching your lifetime limit. There's no prize for finishing early 😉 Yeah, I was just trying to know how the heck find the correct way to do that but I could not yesterday night. After a good (well, not so good) night sleep I came up with the solutio...

Re: Rakuten new tsumitate nisa setup date

Above. Looks like you cannot do a straight bonus, you need to set a new tsumitate with a bonus. At least 100 yen a month x 12 + Bonus. Your current allocation will not allow that. Try 65,467 yen bonus with 100 yen a month tsumutate. I have tried similar to your solution. I wanted to do a bonus paym...

Re: Rakuten new tsumitate nisa setup date

Sorry, I don't have a Rakuten NISA so I can't check in detail, but it looks like you are trying to set up a new Tsumitate order. I think you need to edit the existing one. No problem. It is actually quite complicated. Rakuten Shoken guys did not think about editing use cases in depth. Editing Rakut...

Re: Rakuten new tsumitate nisa setup date

Actually, I have tried without luck to add bonus to the Tsumitate portion to max out this year. Probably the problem is because the current setup is 50K for Rakuten Cash + 50K for Rakuten Card. Then, when I tried to add more for the Tsumitate portion, I get the error that I reached the limit for the...

Re: Rakuten new tsumitate nisa setup date

You can only make spot purchases in the Growth frame. Really? Is it not currently possible to set up tsumitate regular payments in the legacy Regular NISA? I guess I have never tried, just assumed you could. I think what Tsumitate Wrestler meant was Spot Purchases are only possible in the growth fr...

Rakuten All Country & SP500 fund fees lower than MUFG ones

Good morning, As today is the first day to setup the New NISA tsumitate part in Rakuten Securities I connected to have a look and bumped into this page: https://www.rakuten-sec.co.jp/web/info/info20231027-06.html?l-id=pc_top_member_matsu_info_20231027-06 Where Rakuten is offering their wrapper funds...
