Re: Is monthly purchase mandatory in tsumitate part of NISA?

Further to this: SBI tsumitate amounts and dates can be changed as often as you wish, but It is not possible to set the tsumitate amount at above ¥100k (1/12th of the annual limit). At least that was my experience last month. However, I have already missed some payments (deliberately because of putt...

Re: SBI etc. equivalents in Australia?

Many thanks. That's somewhere to start! I was getting swamped. Excuse my ignorance but I assume you mean directly with Vanguard (www.vanguard.com.au)? Re: Sock options

Cheap 'n' cheerful Shimamura does it for me. Have to burrow through the piles for a while to find the 27~29 but I've always managed to find some cotton-rich.

Re: Voluntary UK pension contribution

Despite what it seems, whether you can pay class 2 or not is pretty clearly defined. Despite the bit about ‘Immediately before going abroad, you were ordinarily an employed or self-employed earner in the UK’, I was unemployed for 5 weeks before I came here (and told them) but I could still pay Class...

Nope. I have set a Tsumitate for ¥100k next month. When I try to set up another one, it only gives me the choice of Tokutei or growth portion.
