Many good recommendations, anyone knows banks which do not penalize for extra repayments? In general which ones are good/best (noted and AU and Paypay)? I am planning to put 20% cash, the rest to finance.

paying tax in Japan
I have account with Shinsei bank and need to pay my tax first time, My accountant sent me a slip for Easy Pay, but the bank requires normal beneficiary information (account # etc). I wonder if anyone knows if JTO has a bank and account to send money to or other options.

I have only one card Wise. As I have favourite hotels where I stay (views , balcony) and choose airline for convenience rather than points , this works for me well in Japan and in the World.

If you do the White Return as an Individual: For each property, the Rental Income minus Loan Interest, maintenance expenses, and property taxes (and any other legitimate expenses) is treated as Taxable Income, and you have to produce all receipts. Thanks Tokyo I will have to pay CGT in Aus, this is for sure. What outweighs selling it before 5 TH anniversary is stable rental income and average annual value increase of 9%. Will talk with local accountants in the know of dual taxation (if found (:) , then decide . Selling adter 5 years or so see...
