Is there a way to look at the top-performing stocks, mutual funds, and ETFs in Japan over the past 5 years? I have a Rakuten Securities account if there is a filter or search query that can be used with them.

You can use Rakuten Points to purchase stocks on Rakuten Securities. Point purchase needs to be enabled, and you also need to have 'funds' available to make the purchase, but then they will refund the funds and deduct from your point total.
