I guess you could call it DC(Designated Contribution) Nisa. If you go that way you could start calling it Deco Nisa.

Or just keep it as DC Nisa, and call the regular Nisa, Marvel Nisa!

I've been with OCN for about 12 years now, and never had a problem with them. Always blistering fast speeds, and no real downtime. I have to say, I like the idea of Tesla's solar rooves, and even though they are apparently still sturdier than regular roof tiles, it still seems a bit expensive.

I think these days, locking in for 20 years of selling all the power you produce is probably not as good a deal as it used to be. I would say go for the 20 years of selling what you don't use. I can't imagine you'd need 15kw though, seems a bit overkill, maybe just go for 10kw. It's also probably a ...

I tried to pay back the first 2 or so years I was in Japan before my company put it's employees on shakai hokken. We're talking 12 years ago now, dude at the ward office told me I can't pay it now, as the limitation on it had expired or something. *shrug*

Probably a tired answer, but I found The Bogleheads Guide to Investing a good, easy read. There were parts I skimmed over as I'm not American, but overall it seemed like good sound advice.
