clarification: IBLLC and IBSJ

There was so much discussion of these in another thread, I thought I'd start fresh and ask here.

I've been aware that IB has offices both in Japan and the US--I'm trying to recommend the US version of IB for someone.

That's IBLLC... correct?

Yes, IBLLC is the US company (Interactive Brokers Limited Liability Company), IBSJ is the Japanese one (Interactive Brokers Securities Japan). More info here:
