I posted this on the JapanFinance reddit, but thought I might get a different audience here.
Is there any way to search Japanese bank home loans? Specifically to see what banks allow for mortgage (land + new build) on land outside of the city planning area (都市計画区域)?
For example, Shinsei allows for land & custom home mortgages, but only in city planning zones, not outside. Check the product details pdf here https://sp.shinseibank.com/english/housing/
I looked at kakaku but to no avail.
