Rakuten Securities Tsumitate NISA + Rakuten Card deal: too good to last?

I use Rakuten Card to make my Tsumitate NISA payments on Rakuten Securities.

Looks like the deal won't be as sweet as it used to be, sigh

From September 2022, I will get only 0.2% in points back per Tsumitate NISA payment, instead of the current 1% back, if the fees on the fund concerned are under 0.4%,
assuming I am reading this correctly...
