If you are on a computer, you can add this Google Translate extension to Chrome browser and translate the entire page.

Google won't translate the images unfortunately, and it's almost all images.

I'm one day hoping that we can get a tutorial up on https://retirewiki.jp/wiki/SBI_Securities

But not having a Tsumitate NISA account myself, it's dependent on other volunteers doing it, so is very slow progress

In your case, I think you either need to get someone who can both read Japanese and understand Tsumitate NISA to help you out, or just try and figure it out yourself by translating as you go.

Sorry, I didn't realize it was so image heavy. The steps get translated but the text in the images remain Japanese.

One workaround for websites that are image heavy is to look at the website on the computer and then use the camera part of the Google Translate app on your phone to translate it. Feels like a low tech way of using high tech but it works for me.
