[Rakuten] NISA purchasing capacity (NISA買付可能額)

Hi everyone,
Rakuten users, could you help me out here?
I have a regular NISA account, and this week I bought some stocks for this account, by transferring some funds from my bank account.
I noticed that the purchasing capacity (買付可能額) for my NISA account is lower than my general purchasing capacity.
But I want to buy stock for this NISA account.
I searched our forum and found this thread but I think it’s a different issue; I used Rakuten app bot to search help as well but couldn’t find a solution.
What am I missing here?

Is the deposit greater than that remaining sum?

Yes correct, that's regular NISA.

I haven't used my allowance this year yet, only a small portion (50,000 jpy).

I'm not sure I correctly identify "remaining sum" here. Could you specify?
I can share that my current deposit is around 35,000 jpy, so is my purchase capacity, but my NISA purchase capacity is only 7,000 jpy.

The only thing I can think of is that you have already made almost 1.2M worth of purchases in your NISA account this year. Just to be clear, selling an asset does not return the allowance.

Can you show us your NISA screen (I don't have a Rakuten NISA so can't check it myself)?
