leaving Japan but with active eijuken (permanent visa)

If I

leave Japan for work for a year or longer
deregister my domicile (to avoid being taxed in Japan)
but maintain my eijuken

is there a way to keep my credit cards and bank accounts? I plan on returning at some point but have to move for a job.I don't want to lose my credit cards because it may be difficult to get them in the future.
