Best dividend yielding ETF listed in JP

We ended up spending 80 mil on a tower mansion for my mother in-law. I was able to take out a 2nd jutaku loan under my name. May have been much, but facilities are good and location is really convenient. And most importantly she is happy. Since my original post, her single stock inheritance has now doubled to 100 mil so she is getting 3% dividends + pension. This is currently enough for her yearly spendings. I'm now helping to reallocate her funds to the new NISA and to max it out yearly to help reduce future taxes. Overall, things have worked out well.
