Renter's Insurance

I live in a 3LDK mansion.
I have Chubb insurance as it is the insurance which was recommended by the landlord when I began my lease.
I pay 26,800 for 2 years. I'm not sure if this is good, bad, or standard.
What company do you use and how much do you pay?

Found that through kakaku.com and like Nisshin's online interface which is quite modern.
