A friend with PR, currently out of the country; He notified his banks relatively recently that he was going to be out of the country for an extended period. His and his Japanese wife's other accounts were frozen. The only thing they can do is look at the balance until they move back.
His Presita account is still active, but with some restrictions on available services and functionality...
