Yes, as long as you don't have any name issues. This is very common to do.
I think CC funding is limited to Tsumitate...unsure about Rakuten cash.

You can use it on Regular NISA. Its confusing but the requirement is you use "Tsumitate" the concept and not necessarily Tsumitate NISA.
