Seems sensible. Some thoughts:
I don't think you need TOPIX and Nikkei. Maybe just go 20% TOPIX?
Sure! That is what I meant, 20% for either TOPIX/NIKKEI, I would just choose one of them.

The problem right now is for the remaining 20% for bonds, as I am writing in my response to jcc.

But all of them don't offer only bonds, but a cluster of different products (equities + bonds or equities + bonds + reit, etc). Furthermore, their exposure to Japanese bonds is too high.
Yikes, that's not a great selection. If you have an allocation outside your tax-free accounts you may want to consider covering your bond allocation in there.
