Switching from NISA to TNISA

Since its the end of the year, I was curious how Rakuten (and SBI/Monex) would handle next year's NISA/TNISA and I realized a few things:

• If you don't do anything, you get the NISA/TNISA type you had for this year also applied next year

• The deadline for switching 2022 NISA/TNISA to the other is actually 2022/9/30 (as long as you haven't put any money into the account yet).
