PR leaving Japan for short term, what should I do with NISA

Hi everyone,
Big thanks to RetireJapan blog and this forum! With my limited Japanese skill, I learn a lot in here.
I got my PR not long ago (great news huh) I was thinking to settle down here until my husband decided to get back to his job in Singapore (
I have to say that we both love Japan in one way or another and we still have a plan to retire here. I want to keep my PR status and I understand that I need to get a re-entry permit and do the moving oversea form at shiyakusho if I am away of the country for over a year.
However there are a few things related to my broker account at Rakuten I am uncertain how to deal with it.
Can I keep my NISA account and broker account at Rakuten? (I am using Rakuten broker for all)
iDECo will be frozen until I am 60, I get it. Do I still have access to redistribute my investment there?
Your help would be much appreciated!
