So i generally don't like spending my Rakuten points in the shops but prefer to save them and use them when i add to my NISA.
Now, does anyone know why they keep disappearing?
Completely gone, but they were there yesterday.

Re: RAKUTEN POINTS from NISA
I believe there are two categories of Rakuten points. The 通常ポイント you get at a rate of around 1% for spending which can be used for stock or mutual fund investments and do not expire and the 期間限定 points which can be used for non-investment purchases on Rakuten and at some partner sites (I use them for ふるさと納税 or at my local FamilyMart) but expire after about a month. The R Point app is good at showing how many you have of each as well as the expiration date.
One reason that the regular points suddenly disappear is if you have set your automatic monthly investments to use points.

Re: RAKUTEN POINTS from NISA
Thanks for the answers. I think I may have found it. Looks like they were used possibly in the NISA. Although I don't seem to see anything in the NISA section.
Thanks, gentlemen.
