Regular monthly tranfer from Mizuho bank possible?

I want to set up a regular monthly transfer from my Mizuho account which my salary is paid into on the 28th of each month, into my post office account. This is just to kind of automate my savings / finances. I can find a method to do a one off transfer / manually transfer the money on Mizuho's internet banking website but I dont seem to be able locate a kind of "standing order" regular transfer. I havent tried to do this in Japan before, is it not a commonly available proceedure here or am I maybe looking in the wrong place?

For Mizuho, it seems like its possible but you need to go to a branch to set it up
