Rakuten card and Rakuten Securities?

I am currently in the process of opening an account on Rakuten Securities.

I understand that it is possible to accumulate Rakuten points if I also sign up for a Rakuten card and fund my purchases with it. Is this a recommended move for someone planning to max out their NISA account on Rakuten? Thanks in advance for your advice!
