Taking out a landowners loan (while currently mortgaging home) worth it?
Seems like I would need to take out a loan just to afford the property I am interested for the purposes of rental income. Can anyone here chime in if they took out a loan to finance rental properties, and if it is ideal to do so while currently under debt for your current home?
